Shipping Method
All orders submitted to aura-soma-shop.gr are being shipped with registered post office express delivery (where applicable).
Orders are usually dispatched the following working day (Monday to Friday excluding Public holidays).
If your order has items that we don’t have in stock , we will contact you within 24 hours to give you an expected dispatch date.
For orders over €200 we offer Free Shipping.
Payment Methods
All payments are being processed via paypal and viva payments. We do not store any Credit Card information on our website. You can use any major credit cards with the Paypal gateway, and it is not necessary for you to have an existing Paypal account in order to make a payment.
The same applies for Viva Payments, where you can pay with your credit card, and no Viva account is required.
Returns Policy
We aim to offer an excellent service, however if you are not happy with your goods please contact us by email or telephone within 24 hours of receipt. Please note any damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Goods can only be returned if they are resaleable the first 10 days of your purchase. Return postage is at buyers expense and no shipping charges can be refunded.
Any shipping fees the customer will need to pay. Any return restocking fees the customer will need to pay. Any damaged returned items its on the client’s cost. We are not responsible for any third party charges.
